About The Event

The 4^th International Conference on Innovation and Transformation for Development (ITD-2025) is an international initiative of Green University of Bangladesh (GUB), jointly organized by the Faculty of Business Studies and Faculty of Law to foster innovation, transformation, and sustainable development through promoting intellectual discourse and collaboration among academics, researchers, professionals, and industry leaders around the globe. The conference will be held on 27 and 28 November 2025 at the Permanent Campus of Green University of Bangladesh at Purbachal American City, Kanchan, Rupganj, Narayanganj-1461, Dhaka, Bangladesh. A dedicated Virtual Platform (ZOOM) will also facilitate participation from international scholars who are unable to attend in person

The ITD conference series began in 2021 amidst the global challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, with the vision to create a resilient intellectual community committed to innovation and knowledge-sharing. Building on the overwhelming success of ITD 2021, ITD 2022, and ITD 2024, we are excited to organize ITD 2025, bringing together diverse perspectives in the fields of Business, Law and related disciplines. With the keynote speeches, paper presentations, panel discussions we aspire to create the conference a dynamic forum for the scholars and enthusiasts to engage in academic and professional endeavors. The theme for ITD 2025 is “Advancing Sustainable Business and Law: Integrating Environment, Society, and Governance in Emerging Economies”.

We warmly invite original and innovative research papers from scholars, academics, and practitioners. All submissions will undergo blind peer review, and selected high-quality papers will be published in GUB’s peer-reviewed journals. The best papers in each track will be recognized with special awards and authors will receive complimentary registration for the next ITD conference.

Authors should prepare their research papers using mentioned template to ensure uniformity in the conference proceedings. Papers not adhering to these guidelines may be returned for revision prior to editorial consideration.

Author Guidelines:

1. Submission Requirements:

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts in Microsoft Word format, specifically with the .docx file extension. This format ensures compatibility with the journal's or conference's review systems and formatting tools. It is also crucial that authors confirm their work has not been published previously and is not currently under consideration by any other journal or conference.

2. Originality:

The originality of submitted works is a key criterion. Manuscripts must demonstrate a low similarity index, specifically below 20%.

3. Formatting Checklist:

Before submission, ensure:
- Compliance with the formatting requirements mentioned in template.
- Figures and tables are labelled, clear, and appropriately referenced in the text.
- References are consistent and follow APA style.

4. Ethical Considerations:

Authors must ensure:
- Their work does not infringe on copyright
