iStonsoft PDF Encryption is a program that allows you to easily encrypt PDF files with User and Owner Passwords. The program has support for 40 bit RC4, 128 bit RC4 and 128 bit AES encryption systems. You can add Owner Password to PDF documents to protect them from reuse and set the User Password to prevent PDF files from opened directly.
