IShowU is an application that can be used to capture in a video file the image that is being shown on your computer screen. Not just the image but also the sound that is generated by different applications and also the audio from your own microphone.

A series of predefined styles allow you to record the image in different video formats, including: DV NTSC, DV PAL, HDTV 1080p or HDTV 720p. The rest is according to the duration of the clip and also the quality of the recording.

IShowU allows you to use any of the codecs in QuickTime to compress your videos, determine the area of capture, the number of frames per second, the quality of the sequence, hide the mouse, etc.
