EasyClock Attendance application is for any organization that has staff in the field and needs to manage the daily attendance in the most simple manner.
The mobile application provides a simple photograph based attendance workflow. The application only works within the defined geofence.
The mobile application supports the following
1. Check-In an employee after taking a picture.
2. Check-Out an employee after taking a picture
3. Manage start of a break for an employee
4. Set the reason for break
5. Set an employee as absent for the day
6. Set the absence reason for an employee
7. Easily manage long term leaves for an employee
8. View the attendance reports for the day
9. View historical attendance report
The application is customizable for the customer organization. With a simple company code and mobile OTP driven registration, the employee can get started in minutes.
The Geolocation for a work site can be set through the mobile application itself to ensure the attendance location is set as close to what you want it to be.
The mobile application keeps track of the user location to ensure the mobile is used only within the defined geofence. The geofence radius can be configured per work-site.
