2025 CNU Award
“Catalyzing neighborhood change through art, public space, and activity.” Our work with Zone 3 Western Ave has won a Charter for New Urbanism Award in the Block, Street, and Building category. What was once a concrete corridor for cars is now a vibrant, community-oriented, creative hub. This project, ignited by Harvard and their investment in the neighborhood in 2015, has sicne sparked interest from a range of other entities including housing, life sciences, and retail and public spaces.
