Participant Guidelines
Etiquettes
- Be punctual - arriving early and staying as long as the floors are open gives you more time to work on your solution.
- Silence your phones - or use the vibrate function in your phones.
- Keep quiet - keep the decibel levels to a minimum. If you want to discuss something as a group, do it quietly, or move to another location.
- Talking to mentors - they have taken time out from their busy schedules to guide you; use this time wisely.

Before you start hacking away, please familiarize yourself with the judging criteria that will be used to grade your efforts this weekend. There will be a panel of judges who will grade your solution on a scale of 0-10 on each of the criterion below.
- Was the solution conceived and developed during the hackathon?
- Is the solution relevant to the problem and targeted SDG?
- Does the solution employ innovative use of technology?
- Is the solution cost-effective for the target population?
