The Public Information Unit serves as the primary point of contact for the news media. The unit delivers timely, accurate, and transparent information through press releases, on-camera interviews, media briefings, social media, and outreach efforts. The unit plays a vital role in building and maintaining trust by keeping residents well-informed and engaged.

In an emergency or for breaking news, please call the Watch Commander at (949) 724-7011. They can directly connect you with a PIO. Critical news updates will be shared on X, including PIO location and availability.
