A comprehensive safety application, that works without internet connectivity, specifically for Ironworkers! Safety Inspections, Audits and Analytics to drive transparency and accountability IW Safety is a comprehensive safety platform enabling companies to perform safety assessments, digitize forms, create an online file cabinet structure and manage training. This is a great tool for any organization that wants to ensure a SAFE workplace and provide as intuitive tool for all employees. Swipe right for tracking safe questions and swipe left for tracking issues to effortlessly perform inspections. The app features include the ability to upload pictures of issues, and track and email specific safety issues based on questions created by Iron Workers. IW Safety also has built in mobile form templates for Job Hazard Analysis, Daily Reporting, Incident Reports, Timecards, New Hire Orientations and more. Each template is configured for each company to only provide the information required for them to complete from the field. There is also a mobile form creator which provides a way for each company to convert paper reports to user-friendly mobile forms. Users can also attach excel documents, videos, powerpoint, pdf and wav files to easily manage field reporting and automatically file the reports in the necessary project files. Each mobile form can be converted into a QR code so any person (contractor, vendor) etc can fill out your forms without the need for user access. All external information is tracked for each client and all external partners receive an email with copies for their records. An online file cabinet allows companies to eliminate the need for the three ringed binders. Companies create company specific folders for anything from Safety Data Sheets, Insurance Certificates, Plans, Specs etc and then view those files from any mobile device. These files can also be sent via bluetooth from the field to partner’s devices. 500+ Toolbox Talk Topics, in both English and Spanish, capture signatures from all participants and even allows you to take a picture of your team performing the talk. Email the toolbox talk (with your company logo) to third parties immediately. A toolbox talk creator also allows companies to create their own! A training documentation module easily tracks all external training completed, setups notifications prior to training expires. RTRS also thermal prints Training Badges for all employees with a QR Code to access anyone’s training from the field.
