1. Our contract

1.1. Purchase / payment for any travel services and physical goods offered by Irene Plus Travel LLC (hereafter referred to as Irene Plus Travel LLC, us or we) constitutes a contractual arrangement between a Client (You) and Irene Plus Travel LLC and represents your acceptance of Irene Plus Travel LLC’s Booking Terms & Conditions which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us.

1.2. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation / invoice.

1.3. A ‘Client’ (You) is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with Irene Plus Travel LLC.

1.4. A ‘Product’ is any service and physical goods sold by Irene Plus Travel LLC.

1.5. A contract between you and us comes into existence when your deposit has been processed by Irene Plus Travel LLC and we have issued a Confirmation.

1.6. The person submitting the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions), either in hard copy or online warrants that he or she has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear on the booking form, and confirms that all such persons understand and accept these terms and conditions.

1.7. We reserve the right to decline any booking without further explanation.

2. Product Definition

2.1. We selling three types of goods that could be subject of cancellation:

1) Offline Tours – Group Tours, FIT (Independent) & Private Tours;

2) Online Tours – Online Live and pre-recorded broadcasts, streamed for individual Client or group of Clients, streamed via third-party IT products;

3) Physical Goods – like books, collectibles, souvenirs, handmade decoration goods, art items, apparel and accessories of different producers from Central Asia.

2.2. We providing photo evidence of physical goods state before each shipping by sending pictures and description to your email address.

2.3. We guarantee that all physical goods by default are brand new and unused. Otherwise for rare books, vintage clothes and/or some collectables we may mention additional information about goods condition by indicating it with well readable tags like “second hand” or “used”.

3. Payment

3.1. Types of Payment we offering:

3.1.1. Currently we support following payment ways: Online Withdraw for Debit and Credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, LINK, and direct Bank Transfer to our bank account in USD and EUR.

3.1.2. For China (People Republic of China) mainland, Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan users our payment system generates direct payment code for Wechat Pay (微信支付) and AliPay (支付宝). This working in automatic regime based on physical location of the payee. Please noete that this could not work if used private networks or VPN.

3.3.3. We also could receive payments over PayPal, but an additional processing fee will be added to the final cost. 

3.3.4. Feel free to contact us before purchasing any types of Products we offer to negotiate the best payment methods and terms suitable for you.

3.2. Deposit

3.2.1. For Offline Tours as booking guarantee we required deposit in negotiable amount, usually around 20% or 30% of total amount.

3.2.2. More details about deposit terms we will provide in Purchase Contract between us for each or several offline tour you will order. Purchase Contracts applicable for Corporate and Private Orders.  

3.2.3. We do not required deposits for Online Tours and Physical Goods, due to it’s amount, and offer it by the term of 100% prepayment.

3.2.4. Deposits are refundable in most cases, for the penalties possible please refer to our Cancellations section below.

3.3. Final Payment

3.3.1. For Offline Tours we required to receive final payment within 45 calendar days prior to departure. If we do not receive complete payment from you with 35 calendar days of the departure date, we have right to cancel your booking.

3.3.2. More details about payment terms we will provide in Purchase Contract between us for each or several offline tour you will order. Purchase Contracts applicable for Corporate and Private Orders.  

3.4. Partial Payments

3.4.1. We accept partial payments for orders with big amounts, please contact our Sales for discussing all details.

3.5. Payment Safety

3.5.1. To protect all online transactions, We implemented industry-standard measures. For example, We use (SSL – Secure Socket Layers), a firewall, and digital certificates to protect certain of Your transactions and personal Information. Our payment processors are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified.

3.5.2. All purchases, including online and bank transactions also secured by Purchase Contract between us. Please contact our Sales for discussing all details.for

4. Cancellation Policy

 

4.1. Amendments & Cancellations by You

4.1.1. You can cancel at any time, however cancellation fees apply. The cancellation will be effective as at the time that we receive a written request from you or your Agent.

4.1.2. We selling three types of goods that could be subject of cancellation: Offline Tours, Online Tour (Broadcasts) and Physical Goods. Please read carefully cancellation policy for each type of goods below:

4.1.2.1. For Offline Tours bookings cancelled after the final payment has been made, the following cancellation charges will apply:

– More than 30 days before the tour date:  Without penalty;

– 30 to 20 days before the tour date: Penalty 30% of tour price;

– 20 to 10 days before the tour date: Penalty 50% of tour price;

– 10 to 0 days before the tour date: Penalty 100% of tour price;

– No-show on the Day One: Penalty 100% of tour price.

4.1.2.2. For Online Tours and Broadcasts cancelled after the final payment has been made, the following cancellation charges will apply:

– More than 30 hours before the broadcast start time:  Without penalty;

– 30 to 21 hours before the broadcast time: Penalty 30% of price;

– Less than 21 hour before the time of broadcast: Penalty 100% of tour price.

4.1.2.3. For Physical Goods cancelled after the final payment has been made, the following cancellation charges will apply:

– Before receiving Shipment Confirmation from us: we cancel booked order without penalties and will make 100% refund to you.

– After receiving Shipment Confirmation from us: we keep 100% of order amount (goods + shipping fee) until receiving purchased goods back to our post address in a good condition, without marks of usage by you.

4.2. Cancellation by Irene Plus Travel LLC

4.2.1. We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, we will not cancel a Product except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation or any other external circumstances beyond our control.

4.2.2. Compensation is not available if we are forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure. However, where we are unable to provide the tour booked, we will refund you any monies paid to us or offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard. There is no guarantee of an alternative offering.

4.2.3. All additional information about cancellations and penalties will be discussed and indicated at Purchase Contract between us. Please contact our Sales for discussing all details.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. No refund is given for a partially used Products (Offline and Online Tours) and for not returned back Physical Goods by buyer via registered post parcel.

5.2. After receiving sold physical goods back to us, we will proceed partial refund to you in amount of cost of the goods and we do not refund shipping fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to payment processor technical error, when you need to contact us and make a formal request.

Please note, in case of returning goods Buyer responsible for covering back delivery fee in full. Parcel should have tracking number, we can’t guarantee that we will receive sold goods back to us if we couldn’t check/track delivery status of such parcel.

5.3. Please note, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, our banking partners have been experiencing delays to the volumes of refund requests. We advise you to allow up to 28 days for this refund to appear on your statement.

5.4. If any number of your party is prevented from travelling because of death, injury or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard and cost provided that written notice is confirmed by Irene Plus Travel LLC.

5.5. Any amendments or cancellations to bookings that include flights will be subject to airline-imposed change fees, and may result in an increased airfare, which will be payable by you.

5.6. If a refund is payable to you either because of an amendment or cancellation, the refund amount will be calculated according to these conditions and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. All bank fees incurred for processing/transferring a credited amount to you will be your responsibility.

6. Information and Pricing Policy

6.1. Before a booking is confirmed, we reserve the right to amend our brochure / internet prices due to any circumstances outside our control, such as but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including scheduled airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation/disembarkation fees at airports), increases in admission fees and exchange rates.

6.2. Bank transfers are accepted as the full amount payable as published. Payments can only be accepted in currencies we support, for the moment it is US Dollars and Euros. We accept no responsibility for variations in the final transaction amount due to foreign currency and other fees and exchange rates used by banking institutions.

6.3. Any reduced prices or discounts that become available after you have paid your deposit will not apply to you. If you cancel your booking to take advantage of a cheaper price, normal cancellation conditions will apply.

7. Air Arrangements

7.1. Irene Plus Travel LLC is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. If you purchased a flight through Irene Plus Travel LLC, we will try to assist you in making new arrangements, provided you have not already checked in with your airline for your flight. After check-in, you must work with the airline directly to reach your destination or make alternate arrangements.

8. Change of Hotels and Itinerary

8.1. All product information is published in good faith and we will use our best endeavors to operate all Products as advertised. However, we reserve the right to change the tour itinerary at any time.

8.2. If we make a major itinerary change before departure, if time permits, we will inform you as soon as possible before your departure. A major change is one that affects at least one full day out of five days of the itinerary. When a major change is made, you may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a refund of money paid on the land portion of your trip, or accepting an alternative tour of the same or lesser value.

8.3. We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside our control. In such emergency circumstances, any additional costs of necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by you. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of a change of itinerary, including visas, health check procedures, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.

8.4. From time to time hotels may be changed without notice in order to meet operating requirements and local conditions. If such a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent or higher standard, when available, to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes. Full cancellation penalties as noted above apply.

9. Accommodations

9.1. Organized tour accommodations are based on twin/double share accommodation.

9.2. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability.

9.3. Payment of a single supplement ensures your own room, not necessarily a twin or double-bedded room.

9.4. Single rooms may be smaller than a twin-bedded or double room.

9.5. We will make every effort to accommodate people travelling together in their requested room type, however, this cannot be guaranteed.

9.6. If you are booking a triple room, please note that in some hotels, the third bed may be a “fold-away” bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. We are not liable if a hotel can only provide a fold-away bed, and no compensation is payable to you in any such instance.

10. Holidays

 

10.1. During certain national holidays or special events or during religious occasions, certain attractions such as museums, mosques or churches may not be available. Irene Plus Travel LLC will offer alternatives wherever possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any closures and resultant itinerary changes.

11. Travel Insurance

11.1. Adequate travel insurance is mandatory for all Clients to cover at least but not limited to personal accident, death, medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and cancellation or curtailment of a Product and should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A Client and their personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the Client. Irene Plus Travel LLC accepts no liability on the Client’s behalf where Irene Plus Travel LLC has provided a Product of reasonable standard.

11.2. You are responsible for arranging your own insurance. You will be asked to provide proof of your travel insurance on Day 1 of your tour. You will not be able to join the tour without it.

12. Liability of Irene Plus Travel LLC

 

12.1. Irene Plus Travel LLC products and adventure activities in particular, contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the Client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and you undertake such risks at your own volition. We accept no liability of Client’s damages where we have fulfilled our Duty of Care to Clients by providing Products of a reasonable standard. We accept no liability if there has been no fault on the part of Irene Plus Travel LLC or its’ suppliers, and the reason for the claimed damages was either the Client’s fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of Irene Plus Travel LLC by force majeure or otherwise and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care.

12.2. In respect of carriage by air, land and rail and the provision of accommodation, our liability in such cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions.

12.3. We accept no liability if you incur additional costs through delay, accident or disruption of the Product(s) beyond our control by force majeure or otherwise.

12.4. Optional activities not included in the tour price are not part of the tour or this contract. Although your tour guide may assist you to arrange optional activities this does not imply liability on our part. The contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the optional activity provider.

12.5. Where you occupy a seat in a vehicle fitted with a seat belt, neither Irene Plus Travel LLC nor our agents or contracted service providers will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any loss or damages or claims arising from any accident or incident if the seat belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident.

12.6. Irene Plus Travel LLC maintains professional liability insurance in accordance with the applicable legal requirements for tour operators.

The insurance coverage applies to services provided by Irene Plus Travel LLC within the scope of its tour operating activities.

13. Travel Documentation

 

13.1. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents.

13.2. Irene Plus Travel LLC will not be liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is provided in good faith, however, without liability.

13.3. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other documentation.

13.4. Should your travel documents be lost while using our product, we will assist in any way possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by you. You will not be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation of paid travel expenses.

14. Health, Safety and Conduct

 

14.1. Prior to booking, all Clients are expected to satisfy themselves that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. If you have a pre-existing medical condition or illness you must declare this at the time of booking, and arrange for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. If you fail to disclose a pre-existing medical condition or illness, this will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and Irene Plus Travel LLC will be relieved from any obligations and liability.

14.2. You may make a request for special meals, however, we cannot be held responsible if they are not provided at hotels or restaurants during the tour.

14.3. Smoking is not permitted on transportation provided by Irene Plus Travel LLC or its sub-contractors. Smoking includes cigarettes and cigars and e-cigarettes and e-cigars.

14.4. Most hotels in Central Asia have a 100% non-smoking policy. If you breach smoking rules in place in hotels and an additional cleaning levy is imposed, you will be responsible for the payment of any such levy.

14.5. It is your responsibility to have any inoculations that may be required for your intended destinations. You must advise Irene Plus Travel LLC of any allergies or other physical conditions which might affect you during the tour.

15. Client Exclusion and Local Law

 

15.1. You agree to accept the authority and decisions of Irene Plus Travel LLC’s employees and its supplier’s employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, your health or conduct before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, you may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of Irene Plus Travel LLC. If you are excluded from a tour, you may be left in any city without any liability to Irene Plus Travel LLC or its representatives. Irene Plus Travel LLC is not required to refund any portion of the price paid by any client removed under the terms of this section. Irene Plus Travel LLC will be entitled to recover from the client any costs or expenses incurred in the removal of a client in enforcement of this clause.

15.2. We reserve the right to decline or accept any person as a member of the tour or to decline or retain any person if such person’s physical condition, mental well-being or behavior interferes with the operation of the tour. There will be no refund in such cases.

15.3. In the case of Client ill health, we may make such arrangements as we see fit and recover associated costs from the Client.

15.4. Clients agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel. We will not be liable to any Clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour.

15.5. Repatriation will be at the expense of the client.

16. Photography and Marketing

 

16.1. You consent to us using images (only images without clearly viewed faces) of you taking while using any Irene Plus Travel LLC Product for any advertising or promotion in any medium we choose without obtaining further consent. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

16.2. We also reserve the right to use any comments you make, questionnaires or complimentary letters with respect to us, or our Products, minus any identifying information, in promotional literature without obtaining further consent.

17. Complaints

 

17.1. If you have a complaint regarding any product or service arrangements, you must raise the issue immediately with an employee or representative of Irene Plus Travel LLC so that we may use our best efforts to resolve the matter promptly. Failure to report a complaint at the time it arises may limit or extinguish our liability to provide compensation. If the issue cannot be resolved on the spot, the complaint must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days after completion of the product, by email to complaints@ireneplus.com.

18. Child Discount Rates

18.1. Children aged from 0 – 12 years of age travelling on an escorted group tour with two accompanying adults will receive a discount for transportation where applicable. The child discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

18.2. Persons under 18 may book any of our tours only if they are travelling with a parent or legal guardian. There can be no exceptions to this policy.

19. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

19.1. The price of your tour includes all accommodation, transport and sightseeing as listed in the inclusions section of your itinerary. Your tour price excludes any item not mentioned in the inclusions section of your itinerary. This includes, but is not limited to: air travel unless mentioned within the inclusions of the tour; airport arrival/departure taxes, visas, personal insurance, personal items such as, but not limited to, extra beverages at meals, food or snacks at times other than your meal included on the itinerary, laundry, telephone, fax or Internet/E-mail access charges, film, fees for taking photographs or videos in certain locations, fees for changing money, medical expenses, excess baggage fees, customs duties, shopping and tips or gratuities.

20. Luggage

20.1. In addition to any personal items such as a handbag or laptop computer, you are entitled to have one main piece of luggage and a cabin bag or day pack. Some domestic airlines in Central Asia have a luggage limit of 15 – 20kg. If your tour program includes a domestic flight and your luggage exceeds luggage limit you will be responsible for any excess baggage fees.

21. Free Time

21.1. Certain periods during the tour may be designated as “free time”. These periods are provided primarily to give you a chance to rest, relax and/ or explore. You are free to use this free time as you wish. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, accident or injury which occurs during such ‘free time’.

22. Minimum Number Products

22.1. Minimum Number Products are all Products that are not listed as Guaranteed Departure Products on our website. In the event that a minimum number product fails to secure sufficient bookings on any departure date, we will inform you or your Agent. In such an event you will be given the option of changing to an alternative date or Product of comparable value or upgrading to another tour, or a refund of all monies paid.

23. Severability

23.1. In the event that any term or condition contained in these Booking Conditions is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason, then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this contract or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining terms and conditions to survive and continue as binding.

24. Delivery Terms

 

24.1. For all Physical Goods we sell on this website we providing delivery terms as shown below.

24.1.1. After purchase we providing photo evidence of Goods state before each shipping by sending pictures and description to your email address, we guarantee that all Goods are brand new and unused, otherwise we will mention it with well readable tags “second hand” or “used” for rare books, vintage clothes and/or collectables.

24.1.2. Standard time for packing your order is 24 hours. All orders received till 15:00 (3:00PM) will be processed the same date, after 15:00 (3:00PM) will be proceed on next day. Please keep in mind this time in case if you will need to add some documents or cancel your order.

24.1.3. After your parcel will be shipped out in case of cancellation your order we will refer to Cancellation Policy, section Physical Goods (Clause 4.1.2.3.).

24.1.4. In case of cancellation or returning your purchase back to us, after receiving sold goods we will proceed partial refund to you in amount of cost of the goods and we do not refund shipping fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to payment processor technical error, when you need to contact us and make a formal request.

Please note, in case of returning goods Buyer responsible for covering back delivery fee in full. Parcel should have tracking number, we can’t guarantee that we will receive sold goods back to us if we couldn’t check delivery status of your parcel.

24.1.5. After sending goods we will provide tracking number of each parcel you ordered.

24.1.6. After sending goods out of Uzbekistan all responsibilities of receiving parcel in your country lies on you, including customs fees and taxes if required.

24.1.7. We will send actual Invoice with each parcel, if you will need additional documents from us, please let us know before shipment will be released, in such case please send us detailed message with order number to info@ireneplus.com.

24.1.8. Delivery company responsible for in-time delivery and safety of shipped goods, all claims for delays and damage should be addressed to Delivery company, with copy to us. We can’t guarantee that we could help with these claims but we will do our best to urge Delivery company to react to your claims.

24.1.9. For this moment we using two courier services:

1) Uzbekistan Post, standard air mail shipment, trackable, with slower delivery time from 15 to 35 days;

2) EMS delivery service, trackable, with faster delivery time from 7 to 20 days.

Please note: delivery time may vary or delay due to COVID lockdowns and reduced numbers of regular cargo flights.

24.1.10. If you prefer to ship your purchase by other courier as DHL, TNT, FedEx or Aramex, please contact us before purchase, we will provide actual shipping rate for your upcoming order.

24.1.11. If you ready to pick-up your purchase by yourself or have someone who could made it for you in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), we will provide free “Self Pick-up” option for you. In this case your purchase will be ready within 4 hours.

25. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

 

25.1. By making a booking with Irene Plus Travel LLC, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be shared with our agents, service providers, and suppliers solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual and operational travel obligations, such as ticket issuance, accommodation reservations, transport services, and tour operations. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable. We do not sell or unlawfully disclose personal data.

25.2. In the course of providing travel services, we collect only personal data strictly necessary for booking and operational purposes. This may include full name as stated in the passport, passport number, date of birth, gender as indicated in the passport, email address, and/or mobile phone number. Such data is required for issuing air or train tickets, hotel reservations, invoicing, voucher systems, and communication. Mandatory data fields will be clearly indicated.

25.3. Interaction with Irene Plus Travel LLC may take place online, offline, or through third-party platforms when you engage with content, advertisements, or services related to us. In limited cases, personal data may be collected automatically as part of these interactions.

25.4. When you visit our website or interact with our online content, certain technical data may be collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, approximate geographic location, and referring URLs. This data is used solely for technical, security, and statistical purposes.

25.5. If you provide personal data of third parties (for example, when making a booking on behalf of others), you confirm that you are authorized to provide such data and that the individuals concerned have been informed accordingly.

25.6. Personal data is collected and processed only for specific and legitimate purposes, including booking fulfillment, communication, customer service, and legal compliance. We do not process personal data in a manner incompatible with these purposes.

25.7. Where permitted by law, we may process personal data based on legitimate interests, such as service improvement, feedback requests, fraud prevention, and internal quality control. You have the right to object to such processing, and each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

25.8. Aggregated and anonymized data, such as service usage statistics, may be used for analytical, marketing, or operational improvement purposes. Such data does not allow identification of individual users.

25.9. We do not subject users to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, unless explicitly permitted by law or consented to by the user.

25.10. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without verified parental or legal guardian consent. Any such data collected inadvertently will be deleted without delay.

25.11. To process bookings, we may share personal data with airlines, railway companies, hotels, transport providers, and official authorities, strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver the agreed services or meet legal requirements.

25.12. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted and may be opted out of at any time. We respect the latest communication preferences provided by the user and update records accordingly.

25.13. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

25.14. Data Retention. Personal data related to bookings is securely stored on our servers before and during the tour and is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after the departure date. If visa support is provided, additional sensitive documents (such as passport scans, photographs, and supporting documents) are used exclusively for visa processing, shared only with the relevant official authorities, and deleted within 30 days after visa issuance. Passport data is not displayed in buyer contact sections of sales contracts to minimize the risk of data leakage.

26. General

26.1. No employee or representative of Irene Plus Travel LLC has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of Irene Plus Travel LLC, unless written authorization signed by the Managing Director of Irene Plus Travel LLC is provided.

26.2. All Purchase Contracts for bookings made with Irene Plus Travel LLC are governed by Uzbekistan law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Uzbekistan courts should any dispute arise between parties to this contract.

27. Updates to terms and conditions

 

27.1. Irene Plus Travel LLC reserves the right to update and / or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the Clients’ responsibility to be familiar with them.
