4. Who accesses User data? Who are the recipients?
4.1. Personal information of Users will only be accessed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
4.2. iPronics: For internal administrative and management purposes.
4.3. Service Providers: iPronics may engage other companies to provide certain services under iPronics’ direction. For the provision of such services necessary for the operation of the Website (e.g., advisory, auditing, or IT maintenance), these third-party companies may require certain information and data from Users. iPronics ensures that, in such cases, these third parties will have limited access to User information only to the extent necessary to perform the delegated tasks, will sign a data processing agreement with iPronics, and will be obliged not to disclose the information or use it for purposes other than the provision of the corresponding service.

9.4 iPronics will respond to User rights requests without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. iPronics will inform the User of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
9.5 If iPronics does not take action on a User’s request, iPronics will inform the User without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action and on the User’s right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and seek a judicial remedy.
9.6 The competent supervisory authority in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – AEPD), with whom Users can file a complaint if they believe their data protection rights have been violated. Contact details for the AEPD can be found at www.aepd.es.
