4.    Who accesses User data? Who are the recipients?

4.1.   Personal information of Users will only be accessed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4.2.   iPronics: For internal administrative and management purposes.

4.3.   Service Providers: iPronics may engage other companies to provide certain services under iPronics’ direction. 9.4 iPronics will respond to User rights requests without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. iPronics will inform the User of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

9.5 If iPronics does not take action on a User’s request, iPronics will inform the User without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action and on the User’s right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and seek a judicial remedy.

9.6 The competent supervisory authority in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – AEPD), with whom Users can file a complaint if they believe their data protection rights have been violated. Contact details for the AEPD can be found at www.aepd.es.
