NEW: Adjusting Pre-Approval Feature - Display Co-Borrowers - When a borrower has a co-borrower on their mortgage application, we now display the co-borrowers name directly on the pre-approval tile. This allows you to quickly see the two borrowers and tap to view their details. - Precise Down Payment Display - We’ve also added the ability to display the exact down payment percentage used for the borrower’s loan application. This percentage will be shown alongside the pre-approval details, so you can see the specific down payment amount at a glance. - Furthermore, when you’re using the pre-approval feature to adjust the purchase price, the down payment percentage will update in real-time. They can view pending expiration date for each pre-approval, plus instructions on what to do when it expires. Agent dashboards will no longer show loans placed on-hold or expired more than 30 days prior. The first five FAQs now have videos, as well as written text. Enhancements & Bug Fixes We have optimized the Lender configuration flow in "My Lenders" area. Customer detail screens have been optimized by removing need to store or put customer’s address. Streamlined language for all pre-approval related features. 1.8.2 08/30/2022 What’s New Agents can delete their account which will permanently remove their access to the IntroLend Agent app. Upon deletion, Agents will not be able to log-in or access any previous data associated with their account.
