Show Approvals

Interested in hosting an IRHA-approved event?
Submit your show for approval using the official IRHA Show Approval Form below. Email Sandy Jirkovsky if you have any questions.

Show Managers

Show approval applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date. Show manager and secretary contact information may be published for exhibitor reference.

Requirements:

  • Approval Fee and completed Show Application submitted to 30 days before the event.

  • Results submitted to IRHA within two weeks after the event concludes.

  • 5% of all entry fees remitted to IRHA.

  • Up to 20% of entry fees may be retained by show management.

  • Minimum of 75% of entry fees must be added to the event purse.

  • Additional added money may be generated by show management.
