Intellect is a personal development app that is mainly aimed at leading a happier and healthier life. How? By helping you to concentrate on the important things in your life. Or, to be more exact, on the things you think you could make better in your life.

When you install Intellect, the first thing you need to do is rate the different areas of your life, like your relationships, working situation, economic situation, health, etc. Once this is done, you can start to get a clearer idea of the areas of your life that you want to improve. This is the first step.

Once you know which areas of your life you want to work on, all you need to do is take a look at the different programs that Intellect offers. Most of these courses are limited to a subscription, but there are also some free ones that give you some idea of what to expect in the rest. Additionally, Intellect offers different services that are focused on specific needs (for example, emergency meditation to calm anxiety). It also offers a personality test, reflection spaces, daily questions and journals where you can practice being grateful.

Intellect is a very interesting app, thanks to which you can achieve personal goals as different as more self-confidence, better relationships with others or better working health. All you have to do is set yourself a goal and keep at it.
