ISO/IATF auditors find IntellaQuest to be a favorable system for documentation control and training. Their customer service consistently exceeds my expectations. I have worked with the IntellaQuest team through several migrations of new, improved generations plus some of our own server migrations. Their communication, organization, and playbooks for each of them has made the process painless and successful. I have been engaged with the IntellaQuest team as a user and business process owner for five years and the experience has been extremely positive. My relationship working with IntellaQuest has spanned 7 years on CI Project databases.  Their team helped us migrate from an unsupported Lotus database to a first-class software product. During this development IntellaQuest worked hand and hand with our team to create whatever we wanted. Last year our Global CI Department took a turn on a different path with respect to how CI benefits were reported and to automate the approval process to simply project leaders input into the system. This was basically a total rewrite of this product which would normally take 8~10 months. The changes requested were very complex and required many cross checks and failsafe protections. IntellaQuest accomplished this in 3 ½ months by dedicating an entire team to work with us day in and day out to complete. Other departments within the company are now requesting use of this system to track their improvement activities, so the software continues to grow and be upgraded to accommodate these requests. The IntellaQuest team is like family and works every day to make this product for Flowserve the best it can be. I highly recommend IntellaQuest.

Simply the best. With the combination of DocuQuest, PeopleQuest, PRRQuest, AuditQuest, MOCQuest, and GageQuest, all types of audits, i.e. ISO, RC, PSM, OSHA, and internal are a breeze.
