IFIC has partnered in international consortiums under different European Research Funding Programmes such as the Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, and Erasmus+.

Research

Our experienced team provides a holistic approach to research problems from a range of health and social disciplines.

IFIC has a long history of successful funding applications and can contribute to proposal writing from early ideas through to submission.

IFIC has led and contributed to work packages related to:

  • Literature review
  • Co-designing of integrated care interventions
  • Capacity building for care team members
  • Evaluating integrated care interventions
  • Scaling up integrated care interventions
  • Drafting evidence-based policy recommendations

Communication and Dissemination

  • IFIC's communications team has a wealth of experiencing leading communications and dissemination activities for EU-funded projects.
  • IFIC can support projects from the initial application and strategy, through to brand design and launch, website and social media management, graphic design, video production, webinars and publications.
  • IFIC has a network of more than 30,000 across our mailing list, social media and other channels, allowing direct reach to the international integrated care community
  • Annually, IFIC organises the International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC), the largest conference of its kind and ideal platform for showcasing projects and engaging directly with the integrated care community.

If you are considering the formation of a consortium or seeking partners for upcoming European projects, we would be delighted to explore possibilities for collaboration with you. Our team is enthusiastic about contributing our expertise and resources to support the success of innovative projects in integrated care.
