IFIC has a long history of successful funding applications and can contribute to proposal writing from early ideas through to submission.

Communication and Dissemination
- IFIC's communications team has a wealth of experiencing leading communications and dissemination activities for EU-funded projects.
- IFIC can support projects from the initial application and strategy, through to brand design and launch, website and social media management, graphic design, video production, webinars and publications.
- IFIC has a network of more than 30,000 across our mailing list, social media and other channels, allowing direct reach to the international integrated care community
- Annually, IFIC organises the International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC), the largest conference of its kind and ideal platform for showcasing projects and engaging directly with the integrated care community.

EU4CHILD is meant to lay the foundations for the development of a multi-purpose crowdsourcing ecosystem for Pediatric Cancer Genomic Data inventory, able to support a set of AI-based services for several types of cancer detection, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment.
CAREMATRIX
Pre-commercial procurement for integrated CARE solutions addressing the Multimorbidity mATRIX in ageing populations. Over 50m people suffer from multimorbidity (PMM) in Europe. Recent reviews find that PMM experience a range of system and professional-related issues with care delivery.
PROCare4Life
PROCare4Life is an EU funded project proposing an integrated scalable and interactive care ecosystem, easily adapted to several chronic diseases, care institutions and end-user needs, benefiting patients, caregivers and health professionals.
EURIPHI
Introducing innovation and integrated care solutions in Europe’s health and social care systems through cross-border value-based innovation procurement.
DigitalHealthEurope
DigitalHealthEurope will provide comprehensive, integrated and centralised support to the Digital Health and Care Innovation initiative in the context of the Digital Single Market Strategy.
TransForm
The focus of TransForm goes beyond the most common interpretations placed on integrated care. Rather, TransForm seeks to examine how co-productive partnerships that empower people in local communities can be developed through cross-sectoral collaborations.
CANCERLESS
The aim of the CANCERLESS project is to deliver an innovative solution as an aggregate intervention based on the combination of the tested Patient Navigator Model and Patient Empowerment Model to create the Health Navigator Model for Europe.
