Squeeze Massage is a very high end Massage studio with multiple locations across the USA. In most locations, Squeeze has utilized SMRT Bluetooth wireless wall switches, along with Bluetooth schedulers for their common areas. The elegance of SMRT and Squeeze is a perfect match!
The Remi at 1026 3rd Ave in Lenox Hill NY is a striking new 30 story rental development offering refined studio to two bedroom residences. The Remi is utilizing SMRT state of the art Dual Tech ceiling motion sensors in their corridor’s, to turn the lights to full brightness when they detect motion, and dim to 50% saving energy, when there is no motion detected. They also use our sleek dimming wireless wall stations, as well as energy saving schedulers for common areas.
1 Boland drive in West Orange NJ is a beautiful office building with nearly 74,000 square feet of leasing activity. The building features modern, amenity-rich office spaces that enhance employee experience and productivity. This ultra-modern facility chose SMRT to handle their lighting controls needs, featuring Bluetooth wired 120V wall stations, and state of the art Dual Tech Ceiling Motion sensors throughout the building. Taking energy savings to the next level, 1 Boland also uses SMRT daylight harvesting sensors, which will automatically dim the lights down near the exterior windows, when the ambient light outside is greater than the interior lights, saving energy and money.
Curio 269 in New Haven Ct are vibrant luxury apartments in New Haven Ct. Curio 269 chose to go with SMRT Commercial Lighting Controls for the automation of their lighting in the common areas. We took fixtures that normally are not designed to be dimmed, and added SMRT devices to them, to dim them down beautifully with our sleek Bluetooth wireless wall stations. Common area lighting is also controlled with our state of the art Dual Technology Bluetooth ceiling sensors that will turn on and off the lights automatically, when motion is detected and not detected.
