HR / People Leader

Why Inspire is right for HR

Why it fits

Common concerns, answered

Q: Will managers actually use it?
A: Check-in templates take 10–15 minutes. AI drafts agendas. Manager adoption typically exceeds expectations because Inspire reduces their prep work, not adds to it.
Q: Does it replace our HRIS?
A: No. Inspire syncs with your HRIS (Workday, ADP, BambooHR) for employee data. It's the performance layer — not the system of record for payroll or benefits.
Q: How do we migrate from our current system?
A: Your implementation team handles data migration and configuration. Most organizations are fully live in 4–6 weeks.

Strategy / Operations Leader

Why Inspire is right for Strategy/Ops

Why it fits

Common concerns, answered

Q: We already have a project management tool (Jira/Asana).
A: Inspire integrates with Jira and Asana to pull project completion into OKR progress. It's the strategy layer on top of task management, not a replacement.
Q: Will the C-suite actually log in?
A: Executive dashboards are configured specifically for C-suite consumption — QBR views, portfolio progress, and exception reporting. Implementation includes executive setup sessions.

IT Security

Why IT should feel confident approving Inspire

Why it fits

Common concerns, answered

Q: Can we review your security documentation?
A: Yes. Enterprise prospects can request our security overview, VSAQ responses, pen test executive summary, and DPA. Contact your account team or request below.
Q: What AI models are used? Can they see our employee data?
A: AI models process data in-context only — no storage for training. Provider details are in our DPA. AI respects all existing role-based permissions.
Q: What's the user deprovisioning process?
A: SCIM 2.0 enables real-time deprovisioning from your IdP. Employee termination in your identity provider automatically revokes Inspire access.

Finance / Procurement

What Finance needs to evaluate Inspire

Why it fits

Common concerns, answered

Q: What's the total cost of ownership?
A: License fee + onboarding fee (often waived) + optional coaching packages. No per-feature fees, no support tiers. Use the pricing estimator on our pricing page for a quick estimate.
Q: Are there long-term contract requirements?
A: Annual contracts are standard. Multi-year contracts are available and typically come with pricing locks and waived onboarding. Month-to-month is not available.
Q: What's the ROI model?
A: Key ROI drivers: reduced HR admin time (automated review prep), reduced manager time in status reporting, improved retention from better engagement, and execution improvements from aligned OKRs. We're happy to work through a ROI model with your team.

Mini business case template (copy and customize)

Use this 6-point structure to justify Inspire internally to your CFO, CEO, or leadership team. Replace the bracketed values with your specifics.
1The problem

“Our strategy is not connecting to daily execution — teams are unclear on priorities, performance reviews are disconnected from goals, and we have no consistent visibility into progress.”

2The current state cost

“Estimated X hours/week spent in status meetings that could be replaced by live dashboards. Annual reviews with limited data leads to inconsistent performance decisions. Recognition is informal and engagement scores are [declining/flat].”

3What Inspire provides

“One platform for strategy execution (OKRs), continuous performance management, and employee recognition — connected so each reinforces the other. $[X]/user/month, [Y] users = $[Z] annually.”

4Why Inspire specifically

“Unlike stacked point solutions (OKR tool + PM tool + recognition tool), Inspire is one system where strategy drives performance which drives recognition. Cheaper than 3 separate tools, more connected than any one of them.”

5Implementation expectation

“30/60/90 rollout with dedicated onboarding. Live in 4–6 weeks. ~2–4 hours/week from our HR/Ops team in month 1. Standard integrations (Teams, Slack, HRIS) included.”

6Risk mitigation

“SSO/SCIM included — no new passwords to manage. SOC 2 Type II in progress, documentation available under NDA. AI is advisory only — humans make all decisions. Annual contract with clear offboarding process.”
