About
We are especially interested in articles from the Majority World that offer a prophetic voice to church and society. Articles that speak prophetically will address pressing issues and may do so theologically or practically. They will be grounded in richly contextualized analysis (such as case studies). In addition, we maintain our interest in articles on theological education.
Bios
Evelyn Reynolds, PhD
Executive Editor
Evelyn Reynolds is the Vice President for Leader Formation for Scholar Leaders and Executive Editor of the InSights Journal. She has served Scholar Leaders in various roles since 2019. She has an MA/PhD in medieval English literature and an MFA in poetry.
Daniel DeWitt, PhD
Creative Director
Daniel serves as Creative Director for Scholar Leaders. He has a PhD from Southern Seminary and has served in faculty roles at Southern Seminary, Cedarville University and Southwest Baptist University. He is a children’s book author and an artist. He and his family live near Dayton, Ohio.
Juliany González Nieves
Media Manager
Juliany González Nieves joined Scholar Leaders in July 2024 as the Media Manager. She has experience across a range of higher ed industry segments, including communications, and advancement and university relations. Prior to this role, she served in multiple positions, including Director of Strategic Initiatives at Trinity International University – Florida, where she also taught undergraduate theology courses. She earned an M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Juliany is passionate about doing theology in conversation with the global church. She has collaborated with projects and initiatives from institutions such as the University of St. Andrews and The Paul G. Hiebert Center for World Christianity and Global Theology.
