The Product Operations Engineer sits at the intersection of education platforms, automation, and engineering, with a primary focus on Canvas LMS, Clever rostering, and system integrations that directly impact teachers and students across K 12 schools. This role is part of the Product Operations organization that will support LMS, rostering, curriculum, and platform operations, partnering closely with the larger organization. While this role handles a small amount of technical troubleshooting, its main purpose is to design, refactor, and improve platform behavior through automation, APIs, and code?especially within Canvas?so the learning experience better reflects the realities of K 12 education.Responsibilities will include: -Platform and Product Operations ?
