The Valencian Innovation Agency (Ivace+i Innovación) is a meeting point of all the agents in the Valencian Innovation System (SVI).
Mission
To drive the improvement of the Comunitat Valenciana production model by mobilising all the knowledge available in the entire Valencian Innovation System in order to achieve a smart, sustainable and consistent economic growth.
Objetives
To design and coordinate the Comunitat Valenciana innovation strategy and to promote the development and strengthening of the Valencian Innovation System as a whole. All this is done in close collaboration with other bodies and entities involved in R&D and innovation.
Principles
Our work is based on the following principles:
Cooperation
We foster an effective collaboration between knowledge generators (scientists and technologists), companies and production sectors in the Comunitat Valenciana.
- We facilitate integrating the innovations developed by the scientific and technological system into future strategic areas, cooperating with the driving companies. Our aim is that the production system adopts these solutions.
- We promote the assessment and transfer of results from company research.
- We develop strategic cooperation projects.
- We promote the consolidation of the business value chain.
- We support the creation of Scientific Innovation Units.
Talent
We support the creation of innovation agents and interfaces that connect the scientific, technological and business environments in the Comunitat Valenciana.
We foster the inclusion of qualified members into business innovation projects or business doctoral studies, and we support the role of agents acting as links between the scientific world, technology institutes and the production system.
Three main figures appear in the Valencian Innovation System with the support of the AVI (Ivace+i Innovación):

Apoyamos la creación de agentes de innovación e interfaces que conecten los entornos científico, tecnológico y empresarial de la Comunitat Valenciana.
Incentivamos la incorporación de personal cualificado en proyectos de innovación en empresas o en doctorados empresariales y apoyamos la figura de agentes que sirvan de nexo de unión entre el mundo científico, los institutos tecnológicos y el sistema productivo.
