Leafield Logistics is TRACE certified

Annually, since April 2019, Leafield Logistics has successfully completed TRACE certification, an internationally recognised due diligence review. TRACE certification is a comprehensive due diligence review and analysis administered by TRACE, the world’s leading anti-bribery standard setting organisation.

Certification by TRACE signifies that Leafield Logistics has completed internationally accepted due diligence procedures and training and has been forthcoming during the review process. In addition, Leafield’s stringent Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy has also passed this review. TRACE certification underscores Leafield’s commitment to commercial transparency and anti-bribery compliance. This review is in addition to our own internal review processes and the National Security Vetting Agency process for security clearance vetting of all our staff.

TRACE is a non-profit membership association that pools resources to provide practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance solutions for multinational companies and their commercial intermediaries (sales agents and representatives, consultants, distributors, suppliers, etc.). TRACE provides several core services and products, including: due diligence reports on commercial intermediaries; model compliance policies; an online Resource Centre with foreign local law summaries, including guidelines on gifts and hospitality; in-person and online anti-bribery training; and research on corporate best practices.
