[The video displays the flipping pages of an unlined notebook, filled with exquisite drawings in varying stages of completion drawn in pencil, crayon, and everything in between. Canvas and real paints are rare, here; Michiru will use what she can get her hands on.

She turns the camera to face her. Still elegant, she is also a little puffy-eyed and red-nosed, and people near the Temple will know that she's spent the past week or so in her room with an annoying cough and congestion.

She sounds a little stuffy when she speaks, too.]

If you tell me about something from home, I'll try to draw it for you. I can't promise it'll be perfect, but I need a way to kill time.

[Michiru pauses, then sneezes into her elbow, looking almost distressed.]

This cold is so bad for my complexion.

[And this is Sailor Neptune, standing on the wall and looking out over the city.]

Has anyone tried eating the sheep yet? If we can make anything out of the wool, we'll be quite lucky if it doesn't disappear on Sunday.

[Locked to Hitsugaya]

[And then, the real reason for her post:]

I'd like to continue talking about what we decided last week, when you get the time.

Last week made it painfully clear that we are not prepared for real disaster.

Adstringendum is a haphazard community, but a community nonetheless. I can't force participation or input, but I would like to speak with people willing to put forth the effort and time to either fortify the city or create plans for things like what happened last week.

[Michiru's words are clipped, deliberate. Her eyes are soft, however. Sympathetic.]

We obviously can't predict everything, and that's not what I assume to do. But there were too many people hurt last week, and too many people incapable of protecting themselves in situations that dangerous getting themselves injured. There is a lot of talk of sticking together. We need to actually do it.

I'm not delegating myself as a leader, because I'm not a leader. Something needs to be done, though - something organized. Unified.

[And the feed cuts on to a pretty albeit visibly concerned young woman. Her mouth is set into a thin, solemn line.]

Everyone, please exercise caution. We've seen how tricky the Animus can be.

[A pause. Her eyebrows narrow slightly and then, without further ado, she cuts the video off.]

[The audio feed begins halfway through a beautiful piece for violin. The song is beautiful, though definitely mournful, and the melody carries on for a solid two or three minutes, at least, before being interrupted with a sharp and ugly twang! sound.

The music stops. One of the strings has broken, and Michiru snarls a rather unlady-like word. There's another smack as she notices the PCD is recording, and the feed ends.]

[Locked from the senshi:]

[Michiru manages to somehow look both mildly panicked and like she has a horrible headache at the same time.]

Does anyone have an extra room I might be able to stay in for the week?

[Yep. She's the only one unaffected.]

[The PCD switches on close to Sailor Neptune's face. Hand near the screen, she seems startled --]

Where did the coordinates go--

[And then she slips, falling from the tree that she was standing in (because balancing on a tree branch is incredibly difficult with high heels on, thank you very much). The video blurs as she yelps and falls, and Neptune makes an embarrassed noise as she picks the PCD up from the ground. She is sitting in a heap next to the tree, apparently close to the lake, and she makes a pained sound as she notices the little red light flashing.]

There's no way to erase these videos, is there?

[Sailor Neptune: soldier of grace and elegance.]

(Just a note: people who know Michiru might not recognize her in senshi form unless they have some sort of magical aptitude. Magical cloaking powers is pretty much the only realistic excuse for people not recognizing the girls when they don miniskirts and tiaras, but go ahead and recognize her. 8D)

There are some of you out there with gardens and greenhouses here, aren't there? Where did you get your seeds? I'm thinking about trying to build one of my own.

[The weather apparently has her in a good mood. She's smiling brightly at the camera and even has a yellow ribbon in her hair.]

And to all our new arrivals: how are you settling in?

[Filtered from the senshi:]

[It's not that Michiru is trying to avoid the girls; she just doesn't want to risk setting Usagi off again, especially when she's struggling to figure a few things out on her own, and especially not when Usagi is as unstable as she's seemed for a while.]

Some of you might not want to hear what I'm about to ask. Please keep in mind that I'm not trying to be insensitive or offensive. I'd like to speak to some of the people that have died here, if you're comfortable enough to be open about it.

And for the others: death is a serious matter, and not something to be treated lightly. But it's different here, isn't it? More like a temporary punishment for misbehaving.

[She isn't sure what the question is she's trying to ask. Part of her understands the pain that everyone seems to express at the mention and memory of death here, but another part of her just doesn't comprehend.]

[And, unfiltered:]

Rei, Usagi? I'd like to speak with you. Separately, if you don't mind. Stop by my room when you get the chance? I'll be here for a while.
