It doesn't draw — dragging across strokes pushes them to the top (Bring to Front) or bottom (Send to Back) of the z-order. Each stroke moves at most once per drag; the whole drag is one Undo entry. Tap the pen a second time to switch between the two modes; the badge on the pen swaps to match. Side Panel — the toolbar's old Lines & Grids button is now a generic Side Panel button. Here is how it's done:
1. Select the strokes to convert into arcs with the "Rectangle Select" tool.
2. Set the Reference Point to the arc center.
3. In the dropdown menu, choose "Edit arc" (instead of "Rotate endpoint").
