David Lee
Founder and Chair - Del Monte Foods, Impossible Foods, ZyngaDavid is the Founder and Exec Board Chair of Inevitable Technology Inc., a private company pioneering technology and plant science to serve the agriculture and food industries. David is also an independent Board and Audit Committee Member at Zevia PBC, a public benefit corporation and designated Certified B Corporation, that offers a broad portfolio of zero sugar, zero calorie, naturally sweetened beverages to address the global health impacts of excess sugar consumption. David also is Audit Chair of Benson Hill, which is tapping nature’s genetic diversity to fuel healthier and more sustainable food and ingredient options to benefit farmers, food companies, and consumers.

Luci Kempton
CEO - GSK, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & JohnsonLucianne (Luci) Kempton is Inevitable’s CEO. Prior to Inevitable, Luci was Director of Operations responsible for all greenhouse operations (5 acres) at Iron Ox, an ag tech company. Before Iron Ox, Luci held engineering and operations roles at GlaxoSmithKline, where she designed, constructed, commissioned, and launched a new oncology manufacturing suite. Previously, Luci worked for Procter & Gamble’s in its consumer manufacturing division, where she led lean manufacturing improvements across the cosmetics portfolio.

Paty Romero
VP of Plant Science - Bowery Farming, Koppert Cress, Dupont PioneerPaty Romero is Inevitable’s Vice President of Plant Science. Previously, Paty led the Plant Science team at Iron Ox, an ag tech startup, where she was responsible for all aspects of crop development and optimization from seed selection to harvest. Before joining Iron Ox, Paty was the Head of Growing Operations at Bowery Farming. She served as the liaison between R&D and Production Operations. Paty was a key member of the team that launched Bowery’s first production facility and played an important role in supporting the development of Bowery’s second facility.

Tom Kendall
VP of Engineering - Apple, Matternet, iAutomationTom Kendall is Inevitable's Vice President of Engineering. Previously, he joined Iron Ox, an ag tech company, in January of 2019 at its seed stage, and for four years led the design and development of Iron Ox’s innovative hardware and electromechanical systems. Before joining Iron Ox, he managed hardware engineering at Matternet, a drone delivery company. At Matternet, he designed several generations of the M2 drone platform, the first commercial UAV to attain an FAA type certification in the US.
