Real-Time Discount Preview - Product prices now display with discounts already applied by default for easier checkout. You can disable it anytime for each separate device via Menu → Settings → Inventory → Disable Real-Time Discount Preview.
Editing On Route Deliveries - Unfulfilled delivery orders can now be edited even while the driver is On Route. 12.31 Mar 10 Brand Assignment for Custom Products – Custom products can now be assigned a Brand, making them searchable and filterable by brand. 12.30 Feb 26 Epson Receipt Printer Support – Added support for Epson receipt printers, expanding compatibility with additional receipt printing hardware.
Duplicate Product on POS – Duplicate Product functionality was extended to the POS.
Bluetooth Kitchen Printer Support – Enabled Bluetooth receipt printers to be used as kitchen printers. 12.29 Feb 5 Enhanced Product Check-In - During Product Check-In, the Check In To dropdown now displays Available Quantity next to each shelf name. 12.28.1 Jan 14 Product Audit (METRC) Updates - Added METRC quantity data and actions to the Adjust Quantity and Change Quantity popups, including Zero Out Variance and Sync METRC Qty.
Once Per Day Discount Limit - Added a Once Per Day discount option, mutually exclusive with Once Per Customer, allowing discounts to be used once per calendar day per customer.
Oklahoma Receipt Compliance - Added patient license expiration date (Exp. Date) to the receipts, sourced from the active recommendation and displayed under Rec #. 12.28 Jan 8 Performance and stability improvements 12.27.1 12/16/2025 Updated Cart – Updated cart with a Discounts button, subscription insights, savings banner, advanced filters (THC/CBD, price, brands), improved tiles showing price and inventory, and new sorting options including price, THC, and CBD.
Subscribers Tab – Added a new tab in the Register Menu to quickly view all checked-in subscribers.
Default Screen After Login – Added a new setting in Settings → Account allowing you to choose which Register screen opens by default after PIN login: Customer Queue, Subscribers, Activity, or Pick Up List.

Various minor bug fixes and performance improvements to keep things running smoothly. 12.26 10/22/2025 Recalculate Order for API Orders – Added a new button that recalculates orders coming from Open API and Weedmaps to ensure IndicaOnline discounts are correctly applied.
Receipt Savings – Added the ability to set a percentage of savings all orders and display it on the receipt to highlight customer benefits.
Sign in via QR/Barcode – Added the option to sign into the POS by scanning a QR code or barcode as an alternative to entering a PIN or swiping a magnetic card.
