Your results depend on many factors — your current health, any ongoing medical conditions, nutrition, activity level, and how closely you follow our program recommendations. Program requirements:
- Monthly visits are required. Your first visit will be a telehealth video session (synchronous).
- Your 2nd and 3rd months may be refill-only visits (asynchronous).
- Every 3 months, a telehealth video visit is required.
- We recommend annual lab work before starting — CMP, Lipid Panel, Thyroid Panel, and HbA1c — to help monitor your progress.
