Welcome to Inboxira (https://inboxira.com). The following Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Inboxira. By accessing, viewing, or utilizing our temporary email services, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with every provision in this document, you are strictly prohibited from using our services and must leave the website immediately.

1. Nature of Service and Operational Freedom

Inboxira provides a free, automated, and strictly temporary email receiving utility. Our service generates disposable email addresses meant to last for a brief window, typically between 1 and 24 hours.

  • Automated Destruction: To ensure system integrity, all inbound messages are automatically, permanently, and irreversibly deleted by a scheduled CRON job.

  • Total Operational Freedom: Inboxira reserves the absolute, unilateral right to modify, suspend, block, throttle, or permanently terminate the service, specific email addresses, or specific user IP addresses at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or justification.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service, operating via dedicated servers and Cloudflare for performance optimization, is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Inboxira makes absolutely no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied. We explicitly disclaim:

  • Any guarantee of email delivery, receipt, formatting, or display.

  • Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • Any guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or system stability.

  • Any expectation of privacy, as temporary inboxes are publicly accessible to anyone who knows the address prior to the automated CRON deletion.

You use this service entirely at your own risk. Do not use Inboxira for critical communications, sensitive data, banking, or account recoveries. We do not store backups, and lost emails cannot be retrieved under any circumstances.

3. Total Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by universal legal standards, Inboxira, its owners, operators, administrators, and infrastructure providers shall be held completely immune and unconditionally protected from any and all liability.

Under no circumstances shall Inboxira be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Lost profits, lost data, or lost communications.

  • Accounts on third-party platforms that are banned, blocked, or suspended due to the use of an Inboxira domain.

  • The inability to access or use the service.

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your temporary transmissions.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the service is to immediately stop using Inboxira.

4. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

By using Inboxira, you agree to assume full, personal responsibility for your actions. You agree to unconditionally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inboxira and its operators from and against any and all third-party claims, lawsuits, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, expert legal fees and court costs) that arise directly or indirectly from:

  • Your use or misuse of the service.

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service.

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

  • Any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activity conducted using our temporary email addresses.

5. Acceptable Use and Zero-Tolerance Policy

Inboxira acts solely as a blind conduit for automated, temporary data routing. We exercise no editorial control over the content of messages received. However, we maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against illegal activity.

You are expressly prohibited from using Inboxira for:

  • Fraud, phishing, financial crimes, or identity theft.

  • The transmission or receipt of malware, viruses, or destructive code.

  • Circumventing bans or terms of service on other networks.

  • Receiving or transmitting any legally prohibited material.

Inboxira claims no association with, and accepts no responsibility for, the actions of its users. If we detect abuse that threatens our infrastructure, we will unconditionally block the offending traffic at the server level.

6. Global Waiver and Severability

Inboxira operates as a globally accessible, stateless utility. By accessing this site, you unconditionally waive any right to bring a claim, class-action lawsuit, or legal dispute against Inboxira or its operators in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by an authoritative body, that specific provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full, absolute force and effect to protect the operators.
