Vision Perhaps the greatest quality any leader can have is vision - the ability to see the big picture of where the organization or team they are working within is headed, what it's capable of, and what it will take to get there. 2. Inspiration Equally as important as having a vision is the ability to convey that vision to others, and get them excited about it. This means maintaining a positive yet realistic presence within the organization helping team members stay motivated and engaged, and remember what it is that they are working for. 3. Strategic & Critical Thinking A good leader will be able to think critically about the organization or team they work within, and develop a clear understanding of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (and how they as an individual can work to support or overcome these). They'll be able to course-correct when necessary, and be able to assess the work they do to determine how it fits into overall organizational strategy and goals. 4. Interpersonal Communication Good leaders must be able to interact with other people in a way that feels genuine. This does not mean you have to be an extrovert or a people-person to be a leader - there are many excellent leaders who self-identify as introverts! Rather, it means being able to demonstrate empathy, engaging in active listening, and building meaningful working relationships with those around you, whether they are a peer or a direct report. 5. Authenticity & Self-Awareness One of the key ways to become a great leader is to be self-aware enough to understand your strengths and your flaws, and to build an authentic leadership style that's true to who you are and how you do your best work. 6. Open-Mindedness & Creativity Being a good leader means being open to new ideas, possibilities, and perspectives, and understanding that there's no "right" way to do things. 7. Flexibility Leadership also means being adaptable and nimble when the situation calls for it. Nothing ever goes according to plan - whether you encounter minor roadblocks or large obstacles, you will need to be prepared to stop, reassess, and determine a new course of action. 8. Responsibility & Dependability One of the most important qualities a leader can have is a sense of responsibility and dependability. 9. Patience & Tenacity A good leader knows how to take the long view, whether it's of a strategy, a situation, or a goal. 10. Continuous Improvement True leaders know that perfection is a myth - there is always room for improvement on all levels, from the personal to the team to the overall organization. They'll always be willing to help team members find ways to develop new skills or improve upon a weakness, be able to identify and implement strategies for helping the organization as a whole grow, and, perhaps most importantly, be able to look inward and identify the areas they would like to work on - and then act on them.

We are moving from code completion to task execution. But they are not the same product wearing different clothes. Claude Code feels closer to the engineer who wants tight control inside an existing workflow. Anthropic describes it as an agentic coding tool that reads your codebase, edits files, runs commands, and works across terminal, IDE, desktop, and browser. () Codex feels more like delegated execution. OpenAI positions it as a cloud based software engineering agent that can work on many tasks in parallel in isolated cloud sandboxes, with stronger app based workflows for handing off bigger tasks and reviewing results later. () Antigravity feels like the most agent first of the three. Google describes it as an agentic development platform where agents can plan, execute, and verify complex tasks across editor, terminal, and browser. () So yes, this is an apple to apple comparison for real engineering work. But only if your lens is: real codebase work task execution software delivery agent assisted engineering My simple take: Claude Code = interactive control Codex = delegated execution Antigravity = agent first orchestration That is the real difference. The bigger story is not which one looks coolest. It is this: AI coding tools are starting to split into three operating models. One helps you code faster. One helps you delegate work. One helps you manage agents as part of the development environment. That distinction will matter a lot more than leaderboard debates. Which one would fit your engineering style better right now?

But a new paradigm is emerging: Agentic AI — AI systems that can plan, decide, and execute tasks autonomously. Instead of just helping developers with small tasks, AI agents can now participate in the development workflow itself. This is especially powerful in XR development (AR / VR / MR) where workflows involve multiple steps such as scene creation, scripting, physics setup, interaction design, testing, and optimization. ⸻ 🧠 What Makes AI Agentic? A true agentic system can: ✔ Plan tasks ✔ Execute multi-step workflows ✔ Use external tools ✔ Iterate and improve results ✔ Work toward a defined goal autonomously In simple terms: You define the goal → AI determines the steps. ⸻ 🛠 Agentic AI Tools Emerging in XR Development 1️⃣ Bezi AI An AI-powered platform focused on 3D and XR scene generation. Example prompt: “Create a VR showroom with interactive product displays.” Bezi can automatically generate: • 3D environment layout • Object placement • Basic interactions • Export-ready scenes for game engines. ⸻ 2️⃣ Model Context Protocol (MCP) MCP is an emerging AI integration standard that allows agents to interact with development tools and software environments. Here’s the simplest mental model (matches the infographic): 1) RAG = “Better answers” RAG is about retrieval + grounded generation. Flow: User question → rewrite/embed → retrieve top-k chunks → rerank/filter → compose prompt (question + context) → LLM answers + citations Use RAG when your problem is: “Answer using our docs” “Reduce hallucinations” “Show sources” RAG ends when the model has enough context to respond. 2) AI Agents = “Do the work” Agents are about planning + acting in a loop. Loop: Plan → Observe → Act → Reflect (with memory read/write) Use agents when the problem requires: multi-step decisions tool usage + verification closed-loop execution in real systems (tickets, emails, data tools) Agents start where retrieval stops: actions + outcomes. 3) MCP = “Standardized tool access” MCP is the missing plumbing: a clean protocol layer that lets hosts (IDE, desktop assistant, internal playground) connect to tool servers. Think: “One standard way for LLMs to use tools + resources.” Use MCP when you want: consistent tool interfaces across apps governed access to CRM / SQL / file drives / internal services fewer one-off tool integrations MCP is not “an agent.” It’s the tool connectivity layer. 4) A2A = “Agents coordinating with agents” A2A is for multi-agent ecosystems: discovery, delegation, routing, permissions, handoffs, status/events, and artifacts. Use A2A when you have: many specialized agents (support, SRE, finance, analytics) remote agents (vendors/partners) real coordination needs (handoffs, escalations, audit trails) A2A is not tool calling. It’s agent-to-agent orchestration at scale. The practical takeaway If you’re building an enterprise AI system, the stack often looks like: RAG (grounding) + Agents (execution) + MCP (tool layer) + A2A (coordination layer) Different problems. It’s about architecting the entire pipeline — from extraction to embeddings, from vector databases to evaluation, from closed models to open-source innovators.
