Transforming the Inclusive Education Ecosystem Together
Our impact grows within an inclusive education ecosystem. More specifically, this ecosystem is built on four pillars of strategic collaboration. First, our memberships connect us with European and global networks advancing inclusion and neurodiversity. In addition, our pledges turn our values into public and accountable commitments. Furthermore, our advisorships help embed neurodivergent informed strategies into policies, programmes, and decision making processes. Finally, our partnerships enable us to co design and implement innovative education and training projects across diverse fields.
Memberships
At IMPACTsci, we actively participate in international networks and knowledge alliances that help shape the future of inclusive education, lifelong learning, and neurodiversity aware policy. Through these memberships, we connect with global thought leaders and strategic collaborators. As a result, our work remains aligned with high standards of innovation, inclusion, and systemic impact.
Pledges
Through public commitments at the national, European, and global levels, we align our actions with the principles of equity, access, and neurodivergent leadership. In doing so, we make our commitments visible, measurable, and accountable. Consequently, our pledges reinforce the values that guide our work across education, employment, and social inclusion.
Advisorships
Our role as advisors to leading neurodivergent led organisations reflects our commitment to systemic change, intersectional equity, and meaningful policy influence. Moreover, these collaborations allow us to contribute to strategies informed by lived experience as well as evidence based practice. As a result, our advisory work supports more inclusive and sustainable decision making.
Partnerships
We work with universities, research centres, VET providers, NGOs, associations, policy makers, and private sector actors to co design and implement innovative education and training projects. More specifically, these collaborations span fields such as digital transformation, sustainability, employability, accessibility, and social inclusion. In turn, this partnership ecosystem allows us to respond to complex challenges through interdisciplinary and inclusive approaches.

PARTNERSHIPS
HIGHER EDUCATION & RESEARCH
In the field of Higher Education and Research, we collaborate with universities and research centres to develop projects that strengthen inclusive learning, innovation, and knowledge transfer. In addition, these partnerships help connect research with practical solutions that benefit diverse learners and communities. As a result, this area supports both academic excellence and social impact.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING
In the area of Vocational Training, we work with VET providers and institutional partners to support accessible, skills based learning pathways. Furthermore, these collaborations promote lifelong learning and inclusive upskilling for learners from different backgrounds. Consequently, vocational training becomes more responsive to real educational and labour market needs.

NGO's
At the same time, we partner with NGOs and civil society organisations to advance community based inclusion, advocacy, and participatory learning. Through these collaborations, lived experience is recognised as a source of knowledge and leadership. Therefore, this work helps strengthen social impact across both local and European contexts.

PRIVATE SECTOR
In the Private Sector, we collaborate with companies and employers to promote accessibility, inclusion, and workplace innovation. More specifically, these partnerships support more equitable employment practices and stronger links between education, training, and the world of work. As a result, inclusive learning can translate more effectively into inclusive employment.

PROGRAMS
Finally, through cross sector Programs, we bring together diverse actors to co create initiatives that address social inclusion, digital transformation, and sustainability. In addition, these programmes help connect strategy, practice, and long term impact. Consequently, they extend the reach of our ecosystem and reinforce our commitment to inclusive systems change.
