ImmoPad is an innovative web application for the global real estate management of inventory reports, condominium visits, reception of units or common areas… on smartphones and tablets iPad and Android.
Inventory: you are a property administrator, a social manager or an owner of housing, carry out your inventory with ImmoPad.
Import your batch data from your management software, go to the field and carry out your inventory. With numerous photographs, your inventory is clean, clear and reduces the risk of dispute.
The inventory is signed on the tablet and the PDF document generated is sent to the agency representative and the tenant as soon as an internet connection is available.
During the next inventory, you can duplicate the previous inventory and save precious time.
