Imagicle Contacts represents the handier and easier way to manage at the same time your personal and company contacts from your Android.
How many times, away from your office or desk, you couldn’t get access to a customer or supplier phone number?
With Imagicle Contacts all of this will not happen again. In a single Google-like search, wherever you are, Imagicle Contacts searches for you in the Android Contacts, in the Company phonebooks, public or personal (synchronized thanks to your Speedy Enterprise) and within your Linkedin contacts to get important and updated professional info.

You may create a new list of your Favorite contacts and access a dedicated tab with the list of your Colleagues, always up-to-date and with all details.

Once you have found the contact you were looking for, you may decide in a glance how you wish to call it. Obviously, you can launch the call via Android, but you can also use other apps installed in your smartphone: you can use SkypeTM or CiscoTM JabberTM to call via your Cisco UCMTM as if you were sitting at your desk.

• Perform searches by name or surname, by company name or according to any search criteria you may require
• Arrange your company phonebooks in handy dedicated directories (e.g., you can find grouped your contacts for Customers, Suppliers, Resellers)
• List of your Colleagues, always up-to-date and with the departments name
• Customizable tab dedicated at your Favorite contacts
• Contact Card with all info: picture, mobile phone, office number, email address, fax number, etc.
• Add the Linkedin info: profile photo, company, title, phone contacts and other info useful in any business relations
• Merge the Linkedin or company info to the Android phonebook
• Launch the call via phone, Skype, Cisco Jabber
• Send e-mail and text
• Detailed register of all kind of calls (incoming, outgoing, made with skype or with Cisco Jabber), outgoing e-mails and text messages with the date and sending time
• Access to the Speedy enterprise server form your smartphone, either by http or https. Depending on your setup, this process may also require a VPN connection

Requirements
• Requires Android 2.3 or later
• To manage company phonebooks requires Imagicle Speedy Enterprise Server 2012.6 or later
• Access to the Speedy enterprise server form your Android. Depending on your setup, this process may also require a VPN connection


Demo Mode
The Demo mode connects to Imagicle Speedy servers @ EMEA Imagicle data center. You will get different directories containing sample contacts, representing your company contacts. You can navigate, search, add favorites. If you try to call, email or send a text to a sample contact, this will be saved on your Android as local contact.
