To which countries do we deliver our dahlia tubers?

We currently deliver our dahlia tubers to a carefully selected list of European countries. All packages are sent to all countries using DPD as the parcel service. We ship to the following countries:

 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Thank you for your interest in our dahlias! At the moment, we only ship to selected countries within Europe due to strict regulations and high costs for exporting flower bulbs internationally.

Once your order is handed over to our trusted shipping partner, it typically takes between 3 and 10 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on your location. While we do everything to get it to you quickly, delivery times can vary and may be a bit longer during holidays. Thank you for your understanding!

You can conveniently track your package anytime at BoekUwZending or DPD . Sometimes, your parcel might find a temporary home at your neighbors or wait for you at the local post office, so don’t forget to check there too! Once your package is in the hands of the postal system, DPD takes over the delivery journey. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to reach out to the DPD costumer service, they’re happy to help!

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order.

 

If you have placed a pre-order (orders placed between August 1st and January 1st), you may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase. We will then refund the amount to your original payment method or offer a gift card, if you prefer.

 

For orders placed outside of the pre-order period, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, as we start processing these orders immediately due to the seasonal and perishable nature of dahlia tubers. If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Please note that dahlia tubers are live, perishable products. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the order has been dispatched.

We strive to supply dahlia tubers true to name and work with carefully selected growers. However, due to the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee 100% varietal accuracy.

 

If a dahlia does not bloom true to its name, please contact us during the flowering season with clear photos. If confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or store credit. Claims without photographic evidence or submitted after the growing season cannot be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or non-viable dahlia tuber, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Your message must include clear photos of the tuber, the packaging, and the label showing the variety name.

 

You can reach us via email or WhatsApp (see our contact page). After review, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or store credit. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

We offer several secure payment options:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card via PayPal (no PayPal account required). Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more.
  • Bank transfer (EU only) – our bank details will be shown during checkout and in your order confirmation.
  • IDEAL/WERO 

All available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

If your package has been offered for delivery multiple times or has been held at a pickup point and was not collected, it will be returned to us.

Once we receive the returned parcel, we can arrange a re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping costs will apply.

We will resend the original returned parcel; no replacement bulbs will be provided.

In case of any delivery issues or if the address is incorrect, the courier or postal service may contact the recipient directly.

Your phone number will only be used for matters related to your order and delivery. We will never share or use your number for any other purposes.
