The base monthly subscription for i.LEVEL starts at £195/month (excluding VAT), which includes:

    • Access for 1 user
    • Core platform functions (stock control, product management, order handling)
    • Standard reporting tools
    • UK-based onboarding and support

This is ideal for small brands or early-stage businesses.

For established or growing fashion brands, the total system cost — including additional users, sales channel integrations, supplier portals, and fulfilment modules — typically starts from around £350/month and can rise to £750/month or more, depending on the scale of the business and the number of modules required.

Costs are based on factors including:

    • Number of user licences
    • Connected sales channels (e.g. ASOS, Shopify, Zalando)
    • Logistics and fulfilment integrations (e.g. Shiptheory, Bergen)
    • Use of i.LEVEL Connect or bespoke integrations
