I have been slacking with my new workout goal...
The only excuse i have is... I am just lazy. LOL!
Decided to try this workout.
Seems rather simple, but OMG!!!
NO SHIT!!! My abdomen hurts from doing sit-ups.
So fail...
I skipped the wall sit cause i don't have any wall space to lean against... *more excuses*
& instead of doing 3 sets... I did 1 set just to try it out...
Can't rush my severely lazy body to suddenly do a workout.
Progress is better than none...
