iHighway is a service that provides traffic information for expressways nationwide. Use it to plan your highway trips, including departure times, routes, and rest stops, and to gather information on road closures and other issues.

Check the latest traffic information, including road closures and congestion, at a glance on the map. (Information is updated every 5 minutes.)

▼Road Closure Reopening Email Notifications

Receive an email when a road closure you're interested in is lifted.

▼Road Closure Work Information

Check the status of work being carried out to reopen a road closure. (This service is exclusive to the NEXCO West Japan area.)

▼Heavy Rain Information

If there is a possibility of heavy rain that could result in road closures or traffic restrictions, you can see at a glance which sections require caution. (This service is exclusive to the NEXCO West Japan area. Available from mid-April to mid-November.)

▼Snowy Road Information

Check traffic information specific to snowy roads, as well as current weather and road conditions. (This service is exclusive to the NEXCO West Japan area. Available from mid-November to mid-April (winter season only).)

▼Interchange Entrance/Exit (Ramp) Closure Information

Check ramp closure information (entrances to the main lane from the interchange entrance or exits from the main lane to the interchange exit are blocked).

▼Addition of Transfer IC Information

When ETC-equipped vehicles encounter road closures, you can check "Exit ICs" and "Re-entry ICs" where tolls and discounts are automatically adjusted and continued for transfers. (This service is exclusive to the NEXCO West Japan area.)

▼Live Camera

Check the current state of expressways and service areas/parking areas with live camera footage before setting off. (Live cameras are available year-round in the West Japan area, but are only available in winter in other areas with some exceptions.)

▼Route Search

Check traffic restrictions on searched roads and routes.

▼My Route Feature

By registering frequently used routes and sections as My Routes, you can check the latest information with just one tap. You can also receive email notifications of road closures and accident-related congestion along your My Route.
