iheartar because back when I was like...13 and first made this journal, I was obsessed with Alan Rickman.  Oh Yes.  Since then, it has seriously stuck as a username.  I use it almost everywhere now; dA, Acornrack, Xbox Live....etc.

Rachel, because my name was going to be Bailey, but my dad didn't want me named after my mom's maiden name (Bayly).  So I guess they decided on Rachel because they hate me or something.

"quis custodiet ipsos custodes? - but who watches the watchmen?"  Because I'm a bit obsessed with the graphic novel, Watchmen, and that's the best quote I can come up with that people can understand without having read the novel...and also isn't spoilery.

Friends because I'm boring like that.

So...it's been a while, LJ?  I got back into RPing and we just sort of grew apart.  The time between calls grew longer, the letters stopped coming, and soon, I got the email saying my paid account had expired and it was like a slap in the face.  Now you show up on my door step in the form of friends IMing me with "OMG I HAS LJ DO U?!" and accept you into my home once more.  I don't expect us ever to go back to the way we were, but it's nice to have you back.

This post was going to include a meme and a bit more substance, and then I looked at my clock and realized, "Wow, 4:30 am,"....so I'll get on that tomorrow.

As does school. School plus job means no time.

Anyway, the job's going fine.  Black Friday was a ZOO, I have a few friends, and I don't really like my manager, mostly cause I don't really think she likes me.  I like the people that work there though.  Not neccessarily the ops people (they're just your generic, boring people who think I'm a geeky nutcase), but the other people that work in computers and media.  The ones that were in the breakroom when we broke into "The Lumber Jack Song", the ones that come up and ask what level my Druid's at now and how far I've gotten in The Dead Zone...

I'm working on a chemistry project right now, a commercial for Magnesium.  Well, more of a public service announcment.  Either way, it's turning out just peachy.  I'm totally gonna put it on YouTube ^_^
