This report covers the Association’s activities between its eleventh General Assembly, held in person with remote participation during IGF on 15 December 2024 and its twelfth General Assembly, to be held virtually on 08 December 2025. The nature of the National and Regional IGF initiatives (NRIs) and the preparatory work for the IGF2024 have
proceeded in hybrid and fully in-person settings. IGFSA continued to support the NRIs holding hybrid meetings. Notably in 2024, IGFSA has increased funding support for youth initiatives at all levels.

This report covers the Association’s activities between its tenth General Assembly, held in person with remote participation during IGF 2023 on 8 October and its eleventh General Assembly, to be held in person with remote participation during IGF 2024 on 15 December. The nature of the National and Regional IGF initiatives (NRIs) and the preparatory work for the IGF2024 have proceeded mostly in hybrid and fully in-person settings. IGFSA continued to support the NRIs holding hybrid meetings. Notably in 2024, IGFSA has increased funding support of youth initiatives
at all levels.

The section covers the IGFSA activities between the ninth IGFSA General Assembly convened during IGF 2022, on 28 November 2022 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and online, and the tenth IGFSA General Assembly to be held during IGF 2023, on 8 October, in Kyoto, Japan and online.

This report covers the Association’s activities between its eighth General Assembly, held in person with remote participation during IGF 2021 on 10 December 2021 and its ninth General Assembly, to be held in person with remote participation during IGF 2022 on 28 November 2022. With the continuation of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the nature of the National and Regional IGF initiatives (NRIs) and the preparatory work for the IGF2022 have proceeded in a virtual or hybrid setting. IGFSA adapted to the new situation and continued to support the NRIs holding online and hybrid meetings.

This report covers the Association’s activities between its seventh General Assembly, held in a virtual setting during IGF 2020 on 2 November 2020 and its eighth General Assembly, to be held in a virtual setting, on 10 December 2021. With the onset of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the nature of the National and Regional IGF initiatives (NRIs) and the preparatory work for the IGF2021 changed, as most activities moved into a virtual or hybrid setting. IGFSA adapted to the new situation and continued to support the NRIs holding online and hybrid meetings.

This report covers the Association’s activities between its sixth General Assembly, held in Berlin, Germany on 28 November 2019 and its seventh General Assembly, to be held in a virtual setting, on 2 November 2020. With the inset of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the nature of the National and Regional IGF initiatives (NRIs) and the preparatory work for the IGF2020 changed, as most activities moved into a virtual setting. IGFSA adapted to the new situation and continued to support the NRIs holding online meetings.
