Went to the Hawker's cafe. Great food. Just got a table. We went on a Friday was very busy. Food was really delicious. It's BYO and at good prices.
What a wonderful IGA, visited for the first time today and was really impressed with how well the shelves were stocked snd the variety of options available. Special note about all the in store made foods, havenβt seen that at other stores. Will definitely be a regular
The best Fruit and Veg in the area. The team here are always very nice and helpful. I love the packaged meals from the deli section when Iβm in a bind.
Good store but no online shop, to be a competitor in the food industry you need to have an online shop and do delivery as well
What a very clean, organised and super friendly IGA store. We visited the shop for the first time and was very impressed. The produce are so fresh and there were varieties to choose from. I love my fruits and vegetables and to see their selections made me so excited. Plus they have my favourite beef jerkies. Addictive! So delicious! As I observed, the shop is also very clean. Items are arranged nearly and properly. As we checked our goodies out, the register attendant was also very friendly, she was all smiles and very polite. We shall come back!

It's the best IGA that I have ever been, it's so big and full stock,I visited at 9am and they have full range of savouries and sweets,lots of fruits and veggies. Though it's a bit far from where I live I will continue to visit this IGA
Waaay overpriced fruit and some veg but excellent high grade quality product. Deli and bakery offerings are superb and very fair priced ... and run by friendly kowledgeable staff.
This is the Best IGA around. Excellent ready-made foods,fresh produce. The meats are top shelf. You won't be disappointed.
Love their fruit platters!! And their ready to go kits. Bit expensive but what IGA isn't. If they could work on the bread section they'd be amazing..great IGA
A great little store. Reasonable prices and excellent fruit and vegetables. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. I shop there regularly. Recent additions and hanged layout have improved the range of foods offered. A comprehensive one stop shop that offers quality produce at competitive prices.
I love everything about this branch, the staff offers exceptional customer service, the fruit and veggies are fresh and they last longer, multiple buy offers are too good and pocket friendly, basically they are catering to everyone's needs... Most importantly you don't have to worry about the timings it's 7:30 Am to 8 Pm even on weekends isn't it great.....

For over 27 years we have been regular customers at Winthrop Village Shopping Centre. What started as Stammers is now IGA. Roll on early 2020's, under new ownership and a recent store renovation, Winthrop IGA has become 2nd to none offering top quality produce. So lucky to have them as my local supermarket!
This has been my go-to shopping place for 25 years since it was called Stammers. Even bow I still go there sometimes because this IGA has always had good fresh quality produces and items that you don't usually see at other grocery stores. The store has always been maintained cleaned and welcoming.
Great budget meat selection (great for smoking on the bbq!) and friendly staff.
Like store made meals, would be nice, it seems the quantity has been reduced, it would be good they put the label on the side of box.
Wow the new modern layout of my Winthrop IGA is so clean and organized and makes for a pleasant shopping experience during a hectic Xmas. Always love being served by the super bubbly checkout girl as she always brightens a stressful shop. Have just found out they have a butcher on site which now determines where I will buy all my future meat . Big Thankyou to Mark for his one on one excellent customer service of helping choose the correct cut of Pork for Christmas day. Merry xmas

I'm an uber eats driver and quite often we encounter very rude staff and business owners. Well it was not the case here. A couple of weeks back ( on a Friday) I collected quite a big shopping order, there was a young man and a young lady that helped me by seperating the shopping bags into two trolleys and the young lady pushed one of the trolleys to my car for me which was very kind. They are both a real credit to this IGA. Two excellent staff. 😊
Love this IGA. The bakery goods are amazing, especially those made in-store. The fruit and veg are always top quality and last for ages. There's also a great range of international foods. The staff are amazing too, always very helpful. I drive a long way out of my way just to shop here.

Good iga to shop at. They used to have cheeky chook Wednesdays with discounted hot chooks but they recently got rid of it π
We drive here specifically for their meat! We are keto / carnivore & we love the specials and range of meat they have. Worth checking out if you eat red meat every day 🙌
