A History of Integrity
Founded in 2007, IEL is a family owned company with over 30 years of logistics experience. Integrity’s overall mission is to live up to our company name. We earn our customer’s trust through innovative technology and operational efficiency to customize logistics solutions. We focus on customer relations and hiring the best, most-driven, and highly motivated employees. Together this formula has carried Integrity to where we are today.

The Family Business Launches
The owners wanted to create a company name that resembles honesty, unity, and transportation. Integrity Express Logistics was born. “IEL” distinctive identity consists of “bold” forward slanted uppercase letters that speak to the fast-paced world of third party logistics. In order to reinvent logistics it’s important that the IEL culture embraces the company’s true identity to stay ahead of the curve and think innovatively.

The company builds strong relationships with customers
IEL’s sole mission is to maintain strong moral practices and honest ethical principles to achieve long-term relationships and higher satisfaction. This has been a staple that has allowed IEL to be a company that customers and carriers can trust.

Moves into first office space
The company moves into its first office space “warehouse” located in Blue Ash, OH. A strong culture was evolving allowing for effective team collaboration and sense of togetherness.

Purchased first truck and trailer
In response to their customer needs at the time, IEL purchased a truck and reefer trailer.

Moves into second office space with larger footprint
Business is booming and IEL is bursting at the seams. Due to their exponential growth, IEL is forced to move into a new office space with a larger footprint.

Small Business of the Year
Listed at #452 in Inc. 500 magazine as one of America’s fastest growing private companies and Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber named IEL Small Business of the Year.

Company grows to over 80 employees
Employees are working together across business groups and geographical boundaries to implement optimal solutions for their customers. Their strength lies in their ability to grasp present opportunities and project future ones.

Expands into Florida
Governor Rick Scott said, “I am proud to announce Integrity Express Logistics’ creation of 50 new jobs in Tampa Bay. While Integrity Express Logistics could have kept expanding their business in Ohio, they recognized Florida as the best state to grow.”

Fast 55 Finalist Award
The Fast 55 Award is given to the fastest-growing company in Greater Cincinnati. IEL strives to break barriers and simplify the logistics process in a more intuitive way. Customers are their top priority and awards happen to follow them along the way. Company grows to over 200 employees.

Expands into Kentucky and Tennessee
“The Commonwealth and local officials have been instrumental in helping us make our decision to open an office in Northern Kentucky. Those in Kentucky have the same Midwestern values that we hold dear, are down to earth good people, and exactly the type of people that we like to bring into our business. We are looking forward to many years of success in Kentucky and couldn’t be happier.” The expansion to the Music City was solely based on providing our customers better service. We are very excited to bring new jobs to a thriving city like Nashville.

Company Grows to 400 Employees
MOVES INTO NEW HEADQUARTERS The new 120,000 sq. ft. headquarters contain an array of unique features that will allow employees to collaborate, innovate, and work comfortably in its environment. 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY This year marks IEL’s 10 year anniversary as a company. Their success as a business is accredited to its dedicated and forward thinking employees.

Develops Transportation Management Software
In an ever-changing world, IEL keeps up with the most resourceful technology to stay on top of the logistics industry as it continues to grow. iTMS (Transportation Management Software) was developed in-house by our Information Technology Department.

Supply Chain Management Software
In response to the high demand for customers being able to track freight, IEL develops a customer portal called NEXUS. This new software gives our customers the visibility to all supply chain information in one centralized location. They now have the ability to manage logistics spend better, foster optimization and improve supply chain productivity.

IEL Tops $1B in Revenue
IEL’s total revenue for 2021 was more than $1 billion, up from $545 million in 2020. As IEL has grown and added new customers, the logistics firm also added more than 100 employees last year, with its total employee count growing to 550 across the US. The company has opened a number of satellite offices across the country, including a Orlando, FL and Charlotte, NC office at the end of 2021.

Partnership with the Cincinnati Bengals
The Cincinnati Bengals and Integrity Express Logistics (IEL) announced a multi-year naming rights partnership for the team’s indoor practice facility, which was called the IEL Indoor Facility. The partnership made IEL the Official Logistics Partner of the Cincinnati Bengals. “This partnership with the Bengals is coming at an important time in our company’s history,” said Jay Kelly, IEL’s President. “IEL is proud to partner with one of Cincinnati’s iconic brands that has extraordinary national reach. The IEL Indoor Facility will increase brand awareness; promote IEL’s customer focused logistics solutions to a larger audience; and allow IEL to continue to be a transportation service provider of choice throughout the United States.”

IEL acquires Mexico and Canadian companies
Integrity Express Logistics is committed to providing its customers best-in-class services by utilizing its vast network of industry experts to manage its freight shipments. Acquiring Sun City Group (MX) and Dedicated Freight Systems (CAN) allows IEL to expand its portfolio and offer more products and services globally.
