1. Projects must align with the quarterly theme of "vacation".
  2. All work submitted must be original and completed during the current quarter.
  3. Teams must consist of registered participants (maximum 6 members per team).
  4. Submissions must include all required elements listed under "Submission Requirements."
  5. All participants must adhere to the IEEE Code of Conduct and uphold professionalism during the event.
  6. Participants must be IEEE members to receive awards and get reimbursed for their spending.
  7. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Note: While this is not a hackathon, any copyrighted or plagiarized work will result in disqualification.
