Conference Policies
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 10 September 2025. There will be an administrative fee of US$65 deducted from each refund.
Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address isopereg@ieee.org no later than 3 October 2025.
Author registrations are non-refundable.
