Welcome!
The 44th Electrical Insulation Conference (EIC) and the 2026 IEEE International Power Modulator and High Voltage Conference (IPMHVC) will be co-located at the world-renowned Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV, USA on July 12-16 2026. EIC and IPMHVC are fully (financially and technically) sponsored by the Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS) while IPMHVC is also technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society (NPSS) / Pulsed Power Science & Technology (PPST) sub-committee. The IPMHVC conference has traditionally been held every two years, and is an applied and research-oriented conference concerning repetitive pulsed power and power modulator technology, as well as high voltage theory, components, diagnostics, and subsystems. Specific technical topics include power conditioning and pulse shaping, high energy systems, energy storage devices and components, rotating machines and energy converters, high rep-rate systems and thermal management, high voltage design and analysis, high power microwaves and antennas, electromagnetic propagation, and prime power systems. On behalf of both conference committees, we invite you to attend this event and look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas, NV, USA.
