Time for each Presentation : 6 Mins (4 Mins for presentation + 2 mins for queries)

Project Submission Guidelines
Required:
1. Presentation – Clearly explain your project, approach, and impact.
2. GitHub Link – Share your repository with well-documented code.
Optional:
1. Video (3-5 min) – Demonstrate your project in action.
Ensure all submissions are completed before the deadline!

Rules & Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct is applicable to all members involved in IEEE ClarkHack including sponsors, judges, mentors, volunteers, organizers, and anyone else participating in the event.
General Principles:
Inclusivity and Respect:
IEEE ClarkHack welcomes everyone, regardless of their background, skills, or experience. We believe that every single person has the right to hack in a safe and welcoming environment.
Harassment-Free Environment:
No form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will be tolerated. If what you’re doing is making someone feel uncomfortable, that counts as harassment and is enough reason to stop doing it. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
If you are in a situation that makes you uncomfortable at IEEE ClarkHack Event, please report it using the procedures included in this document.
Collaboration and Kindness:
Participants are encouraged to be collaborative, helpful, and kind to one another.
Respectful Communication:
All interactions should be polite, courteous, and avoid language that could be offensive or hurtful.
Discrimination:
Any form of discrimination or bias against individuals or groups is unacceptable.
Bullying or Intimidation:
Creating a hostile or intimidating environment for other participants is prohibited.
Hack produced:
Attendees should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material both in their hacks and during the event.
Specific Behaviors to Avoid:
Harassment:
This includes but not limited to verbal or written comments, gestures, or actions that are offensive, intimidating, or discriminatory based on gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, political views, social class, economic status, or previous hackathon attendance. Additional cases of harassment include but are not limited to violent depictions, vulgar language, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, brigading, doxxing, harassing photography or recording, and sustained disruption of talks or other events.
Sexual Harassment:
This includes unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, sharing sexual images, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, IEEE ClarkHack team may take any action if it deems appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no eligibility for reimbursement or refund of any type. We expect participants to follow these rules at all hackathon venues, hackathon-related social events, hackathon-supplied transportation, and online interactions related to the event.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact IEEE ClarkHack team using the reporting procedures defined below. IEEE ClarkHack representatives can help participants contact campus security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event.

Confidentiality:
Organizers will take appropriate action to address the situation and will strive to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the IEEE ClarkHack free to attend?
Yes, participation in the IEEE ClarkHack is free of charge. However, participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation.
Who can attend IEEE ClarkHack?
This event is open to all students enrolled at Clark University in any undergraduate and graduate program; please register with your institutional email address only.
Can we participate in the Hackathon virtually?
No, IEEE ClarkHack will be conducted solely in-person at the venues mentioned. However, participants are allowed to work from anywhere during the night. All attendees must attend the opening introduction and closing event in-person.
When and where do I sleep?
IEEE ClarkHack is an overnight event, offering a 24/7 workspace for participants. While you’re welcome to take naps or rest during the event, overnight accommodation will not be provided.
To make your experience more comfortable, we encourage you to bring essential items like sleeping bags and toiletries. If preferred, you’re also welcome to go home to take a nap.
What should I bring?
Bring all the essentials you’ll need for your project, such as:
