This applies to everything from purchasing raw ingredients and cleaning products to energy consumption, waste sorting, and food waste. Our kitchen works according to Nordic principles, with a focus on seasonality, organic produce, and a smaller climate footprint.

Yes – our facilities are designed with full accessibility in mind.

We have parking spaces close to the main entrance and a wheelchair-accessible ramp with a 1:10 gradient directly to the door. Access is via automatic doors with ample width, and there is sufficient clearance and turning space throughout the building.

All floors are accessible by lift, and our restaurant – where meeting participants typically have lunch – has a wheelchair lift. In addition, we have accessible toilets on every floor, so all participants can move around safely and comfortably throughout their stay.

In many places, it can be difficult to find parking when booking a meeting room in central Copenhagen, but at IDA Conference we offer 60 parking spaces. Parking and charging stations – easy and convenient.

Our parking spaces are managed by APCOA, and payment can be made via the EasyPark app or the APCOA FLOW app. Use area code 177 to find us in APCOA FLOW.

8 charging stations from Clever

We have just had 8 new charging stations from Clever installed – now in operation! They support both Clever One (subscription) and Clever Link (pay-as-you-go), making it easy to charge your electric car during the meeting.

Important to know:

Electric vehicles only: Spaces with charging stations are reserved for electric vehicles.
Payment: Parking must be paid for while charging.

If you have special requests or allergies to consider, our conference coordinators will ensure the kitchen and service team are fully briefed.

It may also be beneficial to book multiple rooms if you wish to split the programme, for example for break-out sessions, team discussions, or workshops.

All meeting rooms are equipped with free WiFi, a whiteboard or flip chart with markers, as well as standard AV equipment such as screens, a projector, and a microphone—everything you would expect when hosting a meeting that runs smoothly.

And in our congress hall, you will find “The Wall”—an impressive 14-metre-wide LED screen that elevates any presentation to a new level.
