To use this service, you will need one of the compatible devices listed below and a contract with the card issuing company listed below.
Packet charges for downloading/updating the app and setting up card information are the responsibility of the customer.

*This app is for devices sold by companies other than NTT Docomo (KDDI devices, SoftBank devices, SIM-free devices) and Google Pixel devices.

Supported Credit Card Companies:
NTT Docomo (d Card), Sumitomo Mitsui Card, AEON Credit Service, Orient Corporation, Life Card, VJA Group
*To register your d Card (iD) with this app, your device's Wi-Fi setting must be turned OFF and the communication must be connected to sp-mode.
While this app is provided by Docomo, the iD-compatible payment service, card information screen, and card information are provided by your respective card issuer. The content of each service may differ depending on the card issuer.
We cannot respond to comments received. For inquiries requiring a response, please contact your card company.
*From July 1, 2026 (Wednesday), the operating company will change from NTT Docomo, Inc. to NTT Docomo Financial Group, Inc. However, even after that date, the wording within the app and the terms of service may still refer to "NTT Docomo, Inc."
