Member Accounts

Members of our website have the option to log in to view additional information that is not available to the general public. When a member chooses to log in to their account, we will store a cookie in their browser to help the website recognize that they are logged in. We do not use any third-party cookies from other websites or businesses.

Email Addresses

Members will be required to provide us with an email address to confirm their identity; this email address will be their user name for logging into their account on the website. We will only use this email to provide for password resets, receipts for payments of membership dues, and official organizational communication.

Phone Numbers

Members have the option to provide us with a phone number as part of their membership registration. Those people that supply us with their telephone numbers will only receive contact from us when necessary regarding their account status or specific orders placed online.

Data Access

All members will be able to log into their account to view all information that we maintain about them. Members will also be able to update or amend this data at any time while logged into their account.

Security & Payments

All payments for membership dues are handled by Stripe, an industry leader in providing payment processing. Stripe's system allows us to process payment information without ever seeing your full credit card number; your payment information never touches our server and is never stored in any fashion.
