IconTo is a program that enables users to quickly and easily customize the icon of folders, disk partitions, file types, or groups of folders or partitions with any image (ICO, PNG, JPG, DLL, etc.) of their choice. The program features a step-by-step instruction guide and a note-setting function for folders. It also includes a built-in icon conversion and resource extraction function.
