Hi

This is my first post after I've been watching for a long time (long before I joined LJ), and I was wondering if anyone could help.

I would like to know how to achieve this style. I would look in the archive, but I have no idea of what the technique is called. I use PSP9 and Serif Photoplus 7. Credit to the creator




Also, I cannot find this icon on LJ anywhere and I would like to credit this person on my blog
