Wallpaper help
I've looked through the tutorials, but maybe my search skills are teh suxX0rs...apologies in advance if this type of effect is available in the memories.
I've been trying to get this effect (effect circled in green) on a wallpaper I've been working on.
This is the widescreen wallpaper I'm trying to make for my computer, I want to fill in the left side completely black, but with the circled effect like the example above.
How is it possible to get this effect?
ETA: Forgot to add that I'm using PSP7, but that doesn't mean I can't try and translate PS7 stuff.
