Layers question

Is there some way to save multiple layers in a file or something, so that they can be just added to a base? For instance, you really like the colouring effect you got, but it took 10 adjustment layers to get there, and you want to do the same thing to another pic without having to recreate every layer. Is there a way to link the layers you want and save them in such a way that you can just apply them to another pic?
